Omega Medical Imaging was established in 1990 to develop and manufacture cost effective, high quality Electrophysiology and Cardiac Imaging Systems. The company was founded by Robert Lindquist, Douglas Coon, George Grabowski and Charles Rose and brings over eighty years of x-ray imaging experience to the effort. Omega is solely dedicated to the design and manufacture of state-of-the-art EP and Cardiac Systems, making us unique in the industry. The Omega factory is located ten miles northeast of Orlando in Sanford, Florida.
Omega pioneered the first dedicated Electrophysiology Imaging System that included a compact tilting cardiac table, a compact isocentric L/C Positioner, and also utilized dose reduction variable pulsed fluoroscopy x-ray imaging.
